Congratulations! You've finished the top of your quilt—what an exciting milestone! Now comes the fun part: deciding how to quilt it. While that may seem a little intimidating at first, I'll guide you every step of the way. Using rulers with what I like to call Controlled Free Motion Quilting allows you to focus on one small section at a time, making the process enjoyable and manageable. We'll begin by setting up your sewing machine, then plan a quilting design that complements your quilt, and finally, you'll learn how to confidently free-motion quilt using rulers. Before you know it, you'll be adding beautiful texture and personality to your quilt. You absolutely can do this!
